How do I place an order?
You can order directly via WhatsApp by sending us your chosen color, bead style, and any customization details. Alternatively, reach us through our social media DMs. We’ll confirm your order and share payment details.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing the order, before we start production. After that, your strap is already being handcrafted and changes may not be possible. Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible.
What customization options are available?
You can choose your bead color and pattern, and add charms. For the custom order tier, we also add your name, initials, or a specific charm of your choice. Seasonal drops offer limited colorways around Raya, Valentine’s, and graduation season.
How much does personalization cost?
Name and initial charms are included in the Custom Order tier starting at RM30. Specific charm requests may carry a small extra fee depending on availability. We’ll confirm the exact price when you share your request..
Can I order matching sets for friends or events?
Yes, bulk and event orders are welcome. We make matching sets for weddings, club events, graduations, and more. Contact us for bulk pricing. The more you order, the better the rate.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders are handcrafted and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery via courier takes 2–5 days depending on your location. Custom orders may take slightly longer depending on charm availability.
Do you ship nationwide in Malaysia?
Yes, we ship to all states in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Shipping fees apply and will be shown at checkout or confirmed via WhatsApp.
How does the strap attach to my phone?
The strap connects via a phone patch, small adhesive loop that attaches to the back of your phone or case. It’s compatible with most phones and cases. We recommend attaching it to the case rather than the phone directly for easier removal.
Is it suitable for all phone sizes?
Yes, the strap is adjustable and works with all standard smartphone sizes. The wrist loop is designed to fit most wrist sizes comfortably. If you have a specific concern, let us know when ordering.
